Human Resources (HR) Internship

About the internship/job:

Selected intern’s day-to-day responsibilities include 1. Inputting employee data for new hires, and working on employee changes (eg. life events, promotions, merit increases, terminations, etc.) 2. Assisting with maintaining the documentation and personnel files 3. Following up with new hires and their managers regarding new hire processes 4. Processing the new hire paperwork and checking all information is complete and accurate 5. Coordinating background checks 6. Working with HR and other teams to coordinate and administer L&D and engagement programs/events 7. Working closely with various internal stakeholders in the organization and interacting with potential candidates, as and when needed 8. Supporting HR in special projects and being involved in planning, organizing, and prioritizing 9. Conducting exploratory research on new recruitment and interview tools, onboarding and induction system improvements, and any other topics as per the business requirement 10. Assisting in running weekly and monthly reports for the team

  • have already graduated or are currently in any year of study

Other requirements:

Must have previous experience in an HR generalist role with knowledge of HR systems Must have strong proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and project management skills
